Services
Open to any job. Front end, back end, and the security around both.
WadeWeb is a one-person studio that builds the whole thing: what people see in the browser, the server and database behind it, and the protection around all of it. Hire me for one piece or for the full build. If your project isn’t listed here, ask.
-
WebsitesFront end
Fast, accessible, mobile-first sites for businesses of any size. Hand-built, not a template, with careful typography, real performance and clean search-friendly markup.
- One-page sites, multi-page sites and landing pages
- Redesigns of sites that have aged badly
- Menus, price lists, galleries, booking links and contact forms
- Optional hosting and updates, so you never have to touch it
-
Web apps and dashboardsFront end + back end
Software that runs in the browser: customer portals, booking and scheduling tools, internal dashboards, admin panels, order and inventory tracking.
- Interface, server logic and database designed together
- Roles and permissions, so people only see what is theirs
- Reports, exports and email notifications where you need them
-
Backends, APIs and databasesBack end
The part nobody sees, built to be reliable and safe. Not PHP: I work on modern serverless platforms and choose the tools that fit the job.
- REST-style APIs and server code, with input validation on every route
- SQL database design, migrations and backups
- Integrations with payment, email, calendar and other services you already use
- Scheduled jobs, webhooks and data imports
-
Online stores and paymentsE-commerce
Product pages, cart and checkout with Stripe, so card details go straight to Stripe and never touch your server. Order records and a way for you to see and manage what comes in.
- One-off payments, deposits and subscriptions
- Order tracking pages for customers
- Admin views for orders, requests and customers
-
Logins and accountsAuth
Sign-up and log-in that people can use and attackers can’t easily abuse. You can try it on this site: create an account and look at the settings.
- Password hashing, breached-password checks and lockouts
- Two-step verification and recovery codes
- Server-side sessions with a visible device list
- Data export and real account deletion

CybersecurityAudits, hardening, secure builds
Security work for sites and apps, whether I built them or someone else did. I find the problems, explain them in plain English, and fix them if you want me to.
- Security review: a hands-on check of your site or app against common web weaknesses (injection, broken access control, weak sessions, exposed secrets, unsafe uploads).
- Hardening: security headers, content security policy, cookie settings, HTTPS and dependency clean-up.
- Auth review: how logins, passwords, sessions and permissions are built, and where they can be bypassed.
- Vulnerability fixes: I patch what the review finds, then re-test.
- Secure backend builds: encryption of sensitive data, rate limiting, safe database queries and careful logging, built in from day one.
You get a written report: what I tested, what I found, how serious it is, and how to fix it. Testing only happens on systems you own or have written permission to test.
Straight talk
What I am, and what I’m not.
What you get
One developer who handles the whole stack, answers your emails himself, and tells you honestly what a thing will cost and whether you need it. Security is part of every build, not an extra line item.
What I don’t claim
I’m an independent developer, not a large agency or an accredited audit firm. I don’t hold formal security certifications, and I don’t give SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA or legal compliance sign-off. If your project needs that, I’ll say so and help you scope it.
Working together

Deposit
You approve and pay a deposit to begin.

You see progress and can follow it in your account.

Final payment, go live, and ongoing care if you want it.
