Privacy, in plain English
Short version: I collect only what you send me, I use it to reply to you, and this site has no cookies or trackers.
What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party scripts, and fonts are served from the site itself.
The contact form
If you send a project request, I receive the details you type: your name, email, business name and message. Depending on how the site is set up, the form either stores your request in a private database that only I can open, or opens your own email app so your message travels by normal email. Either way, I use it only to reply to you about your project.
Ordering and payments
When you check out, you're sent to Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never pass through, or get stored on, this website. Stripe tells me the package you bought, the amount, whether the payment succeeded, and the name and email you gave at checkout, and I keep a record of that so I can build your site and keep my accounts. Stripe handles your card data under its own privacy policy.
The order page remembers your package choice in your browser (local storage on your device) so your selection is still there if you come back. It is never sent anywhere until you check out, and you can clear it by clearing your browser data. It is not a cookie and does not track you.
Track your project
The tracking page shows only the stage of a project, such as “Design”, using the order ID and access code from your quote. It never shows personal details, and the codes aren't stored in readable form.
Security and the admin area
The private admin area where I manage orders and requests is protected by sign-in on the server, and only I can use it. To slow down abuse, the site keeps a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for rate limiting; it can't be turned back into your address and is deleted automatically.
Who I share it with
I don't sell or share your details. Your email passes through the email providers involved in sending and receiving it, and the website is delivered through a hosting provider that handles ordinary web traffic, and payments are processed by Stripe.
Your choices
You can ask me to correct or delete what you've sent me, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email wadeweb@mail.grokbot.com.

The concept designs on this site are unsolicited samples. They use stock photos and placeholder names, phone numbers and addresses. They aren't client work.
